Baqi Apparel is a for-profit entity. We proudly donate 10% of the retail price from every sale to Children of Persia, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Because these funds are committed to charity immediately upon purchase, they are non-refundable.

5. FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS & ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
By completing a purchase at Baqi Apparel, you agree to contact our support team to resolve any issues regarding your order before contacting your financial institution for a dispute.

- Administrative Recovery Fee: Any customer who initiates a fraudulent or "falsified" chargeback (e.g., claiming "Item Not Received" when tracking shows delivered, or claiming an "Unauthorized Purchase" after the item has shipped) will be subject to a $100.00 Administrative Recovery Fee.
- This fee covers the cost of dispute evidence collection and merchant processing penalties. By checking out, you authorize the collection of this fee should a fraudulent dispute be initiated.
